Abstract

After three years of experiencing an increase affected by Covid-19, the March
2023 poverty rate in Jakarta finally fell. The poverty rate in March 2023 was 4.44
percentage points, a decrease of 0.09 percentage points compared to March
2020 of 4.53 percent. When compared to September 2022, the current poverty rate
fell by 0.17 percentage points. This is a good precedent in the midst of various poverty alleviation efforts being carried out by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.
